Directions (Makes about 21 balls)
- In a bowl mix
- I can of cream of asparagus
- 2 cans of tuna
- a wooden mixing spoon serving of minced garlic
- sprinkle
- black pepper (lightly all over)
- minced onions (more than the pepper)
- thyme (similar to pepper)
- parmesan cheese (a generous amount)
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 cap of lemon juice
- Form into balls and place on greased baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart
- Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes
