Tuna Balls

Directions (Makes about 21 balls)

  • In a bowl mix
    • I can of cream of asparagus
    • 2 cans of tuna
    • a wooden mixing spoon serving of minced garlic
    • sprinkle
      • black pepper (lightly all over)
      • minced onions (more than the pepper)
      • thyme (similar to pepper)
      • parmesan cheese (a generous amount)
    • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 3/4 cup of bread crumbs
    • 1 cap of lemon juice
  • Form into balls and place on greased baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart
  • Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes
  • Enjoy!
